To ensure your paper/abstract is included in the ICIB Conference programme, please complete the registration fee payment by September 25, 2024.
What is included in the registration fee?
– Publication in the conference proceedings of up to two accepted papers per registered person.
– Admission to all oral/poster/online sessions
– Networking opportunities.
– Conference bag.
– Conference material (notebook, roller pen, conference information package, conference gift, etc…)
– Three light lunches (drinks provided separately at campus cafeteria prices)
– Three coffee breaks with dessert
VISA POLICY
If, according to your country of origin, a VISA is required for your entrance into Netherlands, please:
fax the appropriate documents (registration form, etc., see above)
pay the registration fee (email/fax the receipt), and pay the accommodation for 1 night or more in our reserved Hotel – please email or fax the receipt.
It is only AFTER the completion of the above three steps that we can send you an invitation letter and NOT beforehand.
The invitation letter is also sent via e-mail to the appropriate embassy. ICIB cannot and will not make any further efforts.
REFUND POLICY
Transfer of registration/refund policy: Refund of all prepaid fees cannot be made.
All fully paid registrations are transferable to other persons. Transfers must be made by the registered person in writing to the conference organizer.
Details must include the full name of the replacement person, their title, contact phone number, and email address.
Conference participants must take into account that Maastricht is a very safe city. In order to ensure that ICIB Conference participants will enjoy high-quality amenities, comfort, and convenience, the organizing committee has reserved special rates at local venues (See Accommodation).
